Reduced Holiday Trading
Hours and Network Embargo
While
customers can expect continued reliability and support throughout the
holiday season, we ask customers to take note of limited support
services during the following times.
December 24 2009 until January 3 2010 (Inclusive) Email support will
continue to be available throughout this period, however customers may
experience some delays due to reduced staffing levels.
Customers should be aware of a network embargo period from December 18
2009 to January 11 2010 (Inclusive). During this time only emergency
changes to networks or services will be accepted. 24x7 Network
Operations Support will be available throughout the holiday season.
